During Hurricane Francine, the customer attempted to open his attic door, but the hinge bent and was deemed irreparable at the time, prompting him to remove it during the storm. So he was able to inspected his roof for leaks.

We arrived a couple of days later to replace the old wooden ladder with a new aluminum one. However, modifications were necessary, as the ladder would not unfold correctly and was hitting the top of the closet door. We cut off 3 feet from the ladder and reattached the hinge to ensure it was set to the correct height, allowing it to clear the door frame. An still function correctly.
