This home has had three contractors prior to my involvement, all of whom left the project incomplete. They advised the homeowner to simply push the lights up, suggesting they would snap into place—a total of 12 recessed lights throughout the house. Not only did they mislead the homeowner, but they also discarded the hardware necessary for proper installation. They assumed they could merely mount the plate without the required components.

I developed a cost-effective solution and successfully installed all the recessed lights, by adding washers as spacers an using the mount that was left an ensuring that all wiring junctions were sealed properly, as no junction boxes were installed, which is essential for this type of work unless alternative hardware is used—something that was discarded by the previous contractors. Additionally, I installed six ceiling fans, three closet doors, built one custom closet, and mounted a LED fireplace in a custom shiplap mount finish with electrical wiring and a USB outlet on the top mantle, an one on the side for all you wifi an charging an smart pictures.
